Journey Into Imagination With Restrooms

Disney Restrooms

One little bathroom break.

Wait, did you say that The Land is the best pavilion in Future World?

Journey Into Imagination

Does it having dancing water fountains? Didn’t think so.

So Soarin’ has a 75 minute wait and you have no fastpass?  Never fear!  Right next door to The Land is the delightful Imagination!.

Journey Into Imagination

One little Figment.

The delightful Imagination! is for all those folks that love the delightful Journey Into Imagination WIth Figment.  This attraction has a perpetual 10 minute wait, unless of course you are here during Food and Wine and Flower and Garden Festival.  Then the wait may get up to a whopping 30 minutes.

Journey Into Imagination

No wait for the Pet Stop though!

Or perhaps you are interested in 30 year old shows that look 30 years old and star dead pop stars?

Captain Eo

One little Hooter.

Well captain, Imagination! is the right spot for you!  I certainly hope, however, that you didn’t make a pit stop at The Land if your touring plan was to lead you here next.  Unless you went upstairs at The Land, like I know that you know to do, then you were in the middle of a disaster.  But imagine! this: A completely empty bathroom at all times, no matter what time of day, time of year, or time of whatever event/festival/showcase drink-a-thon is going on.

Disney Restrooms

Taken on the first Saturday of Food and Wine.

They say Odyssey is the “secret” restroom at Epcot.  Well, they are idiots.  This place is the true secret.  It is a diamond in the rough.

Aladdin

No.

There is nobody here.  Never.  Ever.  So the next time you are feeling a little spark in your bladder and you’re in Future World West, why not actually go to Imagination! for a change?  In at least one way, it’s better than The Land.

Journey Into Imagination

Okay, two ways.

I made some memories here over Memorial Day weekend. Epcot was open until 1am, but evening rains emptied the park. We met maybe 6 other guests (and twice as many bored CMs) in our tour of the World Showcase. We stopped here around midnight, with nobody else in the restrooms or in the pavilion or in all of Future World, for all we knew. When a faulty sensor caused a toilet to flush on its own, it scared the *** out of me — at least I was in the right place for that! Creepiest time I’ve ever had on Disney property, and that includes character experiences.

Totally agree! We have 3 kids – one needs to go to the bathroom and instead of them all going at the same time, the 2nd *suddenly* needs to go after the first finishes. This also occurs for the 3rd child. Never fails. I recently got to stand outside of these Imagination Pavilion restrooms and wait for this process to play out. Usually takes 10 minutes+. So true that this such a hidden diamond that NO ONE is there. AND it provides a great spot to chill and look out across the water and Future World as you wait. Spot on post! I’m way too excited that you highlighted these restrooms! 🙂

It really is great, isn’t it? Nice and roomy there. I think it might be my new favorite restroom at Epcot.
